- The Head of Digital Growth Squad leads a transversal community of Digital Solutions Sales Specialists
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring the Digital Growth Squad to operate as a single high-performing team across countries.
- Offerings include Digital Banking Suite, Digital Account Opening, Digital Lending, Digital Payments (e.g. Wero), Open Banking, along with the upcoming bank-specific AI solutions
- Selling to C-level decision makers
- Can be based in London, Paris, Brussels, or Dubai
Candidate Requirements
- Senior experience in enterprise software sales, ideally within banking or fintech sectors.
- Track record of overachieving targets
- Consultative sell, managing multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional in interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
