Whilst driving the commercial growth, be part of the company’s purpose to provide a successful community ecosystem to both employees and the local population Bringing in network of industry contacts to enhance and strengthen the business Reporting to the CEO, you will have a great degree of autonomy to outline your playbook and enhance and build a team that can drive the deals to enable growth. You will need to have a collaborative style and work closely with marketing, ops, delivery directors to support the team The Candidate: Experience in custom software development consultancy Evidence of growing revenues from £45m to £80-100m High IQ and EQ to work with empathy in an organisation with a unique culture Technically aware of the latest trends and practices at a high level Well versed in agile and lean practices The Company: Digital transformation/agile software dev/software and product development/ML Turnover £40 million Clients in Public Sector/Finance /Retail Base £100-120k OTE £200k+
