Role Requirements
Channel Sales experience in Saas, AV, Alarm Manufacturers or Physical Security, etc. would be benefial
Hands on approach with personal revenue responsibilities
Ideally pre-existing knowledge of the Security or Connectivity space
Approach to leadership is rigorous, detail and accountable
Capable of reorientating a sales team from a transactional to a solutions selling methodology
Geographically situated close to Manchester
Package – up to £75k base + Double OTE
