  • 100% client facing position – working closely with sales, presales and development

  • Efficient reporting on QBR\’s and OKR\’s – as well as identifying upsell opportunities

  • Customer Success experience in any Saas companies, ideally within the Data space
  • Has a good blend of Customer Success / AM skills, NPS scores, retention, looking for upsell & cross sell opportunities within accounts for further commercial growth
