We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead a high-performing B2B sales function and deliver profitable, predictable revenue growth. This is a senior leadership role with ownership of sales performance, forecasting, and customer experience. You will embed strong proactive sales mindset, pipeline discipline, and data-led decision making, while building a results-driven, customer-focused sales culture. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, you will help execute the wider commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Drive consistent sales growth through structured cadence, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Proficient on CRM, analysing team sales data and identifying gaps
  • Champion customer-first, value-based selling
  • Grow OEM, Panelbuilder, and MRO market segments, including ecommerce
  • Strengthen key customer relationships and strategic accounts
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance

Experience Required

  • Proven track record leading a successful internal and external sales team
  • Experience delivering growth through structured sales execution and forecasting
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Exposure to OEM, Panelbuilder, or MRO markets preferred but not essential
  • Experience in distribution, industrial, technical, or electrical environments advantageous

Location
