THE ROLE
Based in Tyrone but covering the surrounding areas in a field capacity, the successful Service Technician will be responsible for the following:
- Tasked with the service, maintenance and repair of plant and equipment within the workshop and in a field capacity.
- Provide troubleshooting and diagnosis on faults for clients on a variety of plant and equipment.
- Tasked with on‑site servicing of a variety of plant and equipment for clients.
- Provide a high level of customer service and technical support to a variety of clients.
THE PERSON
This role is suited to candidates with prior experience in the repair and service of plant and equipment. Individuals from a plant, HGV or Mechanic background with relevant experience on plant or access equipment will be beneficial. Knowledge of diesel engines would be a distinct advantage. Strong communicator with strong work ethic and attention to detail are desired for this role. A full driver\'s licence is required.
