This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the technical side of implementations but is equally comfortable working directly with customers. You’ll manage software deployments, data migrations, integrations and system configuration, acting as the bridge between technical delivery and client success.
Requirements:
- Experience in software implementation, technical support or deployment roles.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and data migration activities.
- Exposure to APIs, SaaS platforms and cloud technologies (Azure desirable).
- Full right to work without the need for sponsorship.
- Confident communicator who can build credibility with customers and stakeholders.
