THE ROLE: Due to a well-deserved recent promotion, this global organisation is seeking to recruit a new Territory Manager to cover their North West territory (Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington and South Yorkshire). You will sell a range of top-quality endoscopic capital equipment used in ENT and gastroenterology procedures. Thanks to the company’s ongoing investment in innovative technology, you will also have the exciting opportunity to sell AI systems connected to the equipment. The successful Territory Manager will be winning business in NHS and private hospitals throughout the region, selling to clinicians within ENT, gastroenterology, theatre, typically liaising with consultants, specialist nurses and theatre teams, as well as commercial contacts in procurement. You will also be supported by a dedicated clinical trainer. Full company and product training will be provided and you will be joining at an exciting growth period for the company.

With products that are more technologically advanced than the nearest competitor, they’re extremely well placed to increase market share. For the Territory Manager we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Experience of selling equipment or high value devices to NHS hospitals
- Stable and successful track record of selling to nurses, consultants and procurement
- A high level of intelligence to learn technical details, ideally degree qualified
- A very motivated and 'hungry' attitude with a new business focus
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
The package for the Territory Manager:
- Basic: £42,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
- OTE: £10,000 with incentives to double this, plus additional commission
- Car: Fully expensed company car (electric available) or £3,500 car allowance + 45p / mile
- Benefits: healthcare, 6% pension, 10x life assurance, lunch allowance, 25 days holiday + stats (increasing with service and ability to buy/sell 5 days)
