A Clinical Sales Specialist position focusing on Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV) and Sleep products across NHS hospitals and respiratory clinics in Northern England.

This role involves:

  • Promoting and managing NIV and sleep products.
  • Working closely with Key Opinion Leaders, including lead clinicians, sleep therapists, senior nurse consultants, heads of sleep services, and respiratory teams.
  • Taking ownership of the full sales cycle: driving product adoption, delivering clinical demonstrations, supporting installations, and maintaining long-term relationships throughout the lifecycle of each account.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in Non-Invasive Ventilation or Sleep sales OR clinical experience within sleep or respiratory departments (physician, nurse or therapist background).
  • Strong understanding of sleep and/or respiratory care from a clinical or commercial perspective.
  • Confidence engaging senior clinical stakeholders and influencing clinical practice.
  • A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach to territory management.
  • Full driving licence with no more than 6 points.
