THE ROLE: As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling a comprehensive portfolio of diagnostic devices, managed service solutions, and consumables to NHS hospitals. Your customers will include pathology laboratories, gastroenterology departments, wards and procurement teams. This is a highly consultative sales role that requires excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work strategically with multiple stakeholders to provide tailored solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

THE PERSON: To be considered for this Account Manager role we are looking for:
- Proven experience selling into laboratories with a strong preference for hospital labs. Academia, pharma and biotech labs are acceptable too
- Scientific degree essential
- Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders across clinical and procurement settings
- A team player with strong account management and relationship-building skills
- A motivated, customer-focused individual with a consultative sales approach
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
