A North West surgical ophthalmics sales role with a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 basic and £25k+ OTE. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work alongside surgeons and have a direct impact on patient outcomes. As Territory Manager, you will enjoy a highly specialist clinical role, engaging with people at all levels within NHS/private hospitals and specialist ophthalmic clinics. Typical contacts include consultant ophthalmic surgeons, theatre managers, scrub nurses, clinical leads, optometrists, and procurement teams. Full product training will be provided.

They work in partnership with clinicians to provide optimal surgical solutions for patients. With a well-known product range and ambitious growth plans, they are looking to expand their team to support continued success. You will be home and field-based, managing established accounts while prospecting for new business.
Candidates must have medical devices sales experience, ideally with exposure to theatre or ophthalmic products. Confident prospecting and winning new customers is essential. Full product training is provided, along with career development and attractive earning potential for high achievers.
Required Experience: Experience in surgical ophthalmic or theatre sales is ideal, but candidates with any other medical devices, equipment, consumables or hospital pharmaceutical sales backgrounds, or a clinical surgical professional (theatre nurse, ODP etc) seeking a new challenge in theatre sales are also encouraged to apply. A full driving licence with no more than 6 points is required.
The Package: £40,000- £50,000 base with flexibility for industry experience. Quarterly commission of £20,000-25,000+ uncapped. Fully expensed hybrid car or £700 car allowance. Benefits include healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday plus stats.
