The Job
You will take responsibility for three sales managers and two clinical specialists and be tasked with driving growth across a surgical portfolio supplied into the NHS and wider healthcare sector. This is a role for someone who's hungry for that next step in their leadership journey with progression opportunities on the horizon. You will be tasked with delivering commercial results, developing your team, and expanding market share. A key part of the brief is finding someone who has minimal invasive surgical experience due to the nature of the products.
The Package
- Basic Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
- Bonus: £24,000 OTE
- Car Allowance: £700/month
