THE ROLE:
- Representing the spinal portfolio, the successful candidate will enjoy an industry-leading entrance into surgical sales
- You will be managing, winning and growing strong relationships with spinal surgeons, theatre teams and procurement.
- Field based job, travelling across the South West to support customers throughout the week
- This role involves supporting cases, providing in-theatre clinical and technical support, tailoring product solutions to meet client needs, and driving sales from prospecting to closing.
- You will stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, and advancements in spinal products to maintain a competitive edge while contributing to better patient outcomes and meeting sales targets.
THE COMPANY:
UK-based specialist medical device distributor across a range of medical and surgical areas. This division provides innovative solutions for spinal surgery, with innovative, high-quality products and bespoke systems for use with both NHS and private hospitals.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:
- Some surgical/theatre exposure i.e. ODP, Scrub Nurse, MSK/Physio, Physician Associate
- Must have a science/medical degree
- KEY - the confidence and credibility to liaise with spinal surgeons and theatre teams
- Flexible and able to travel outside the South West when required i.e. to London.
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
THE PACKAGE FOR:
- Basic: £28,000 to £35,000
- Bonus: £10,000 year 1
- Car: Car allowance of £550 per month
- Benefits: Healthcare, pension, 22 days holiday + stats
