THE COMPANY:
An independently owned organisation with a healthy new product pipeline, at the forefront of design, innovation, service, and quality in this niche market sector. They specialise in the provision of medical training models and simulators for both clinical and educational environments. A rare opportunity currently exists for a motivated, empathetic, and autonomous relationship builder to manage and grow their business within the Southwest & Wales territory.
THE ROLE:
As Territory Manager, the successful candidate will be managing and growing key relationships within teaching hospitals, universities, medical schools, and nursing colleges. The role involves liaising at all levels – typically with trainers, tutors, nurses, midwives, junior doctors, and purchasing/procurement professionals where appropriate.
EXPERIENCE:
Candidates should ideally have experience selling to the NHS and be consultative in their sales approach, preferably with a training or demonstrative element involved. We will also consider candidates with a clinical background looking to move into sales (e.g. nurse, physio, clinical specialist). Career and earning prospects within the company are attractive, full product training will be provided, and the company culture is excellent.
The Package for Account Manager:
· Basic: £30,000 to £38,000
· Commission: £20,000
· Car: Fully expensed company car or allowance of £550 pcm
· Benefits: Healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + bank holidays
