As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of four salespeople across the UK to sell the company's range of neonatal and anaesthesia medical devices and consumables. You will head up this specialist team who will manage 25 key accounts across the country to maintain, and ideally grow, their incredible 95% share of the market! You will benefit from first class training in a business that truly develops people. They have a structured management training program, international product training, and are even happy to invest in further academic qualifications to further your career!
