British Manufacturer of Specialist Sports Lighting is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for Yorkshire and the M62 corridor. The role offers a salary of up to £37k plus £15k OTE (uncapped) and a company car or allowance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sporty new business sales candidate with 12 months of experience, selling lighting solutions into the Sports and Leisure industry. The position involves:

  • Identifying potential projects and presenting innovative, fit-for-purpose sports lighting solutions.
  • Working in a team to pitch lighting projects across sports clubs, leisure centres, public sector sports pitches, and private schools.
  • Supporting on design and layout as well as project fulfilment.

Key to success in this role is a proven track record of converting leads, face-to-face presentations, and strong sales processes with effective communication techniques. Candidates should possess a team player mentality, a winning attitude, and a background in playing or working in sport is a real bonus.

The company is a growing British manufacturer of lighting solutions with an in-house design and engineering team to deliver bespoke solutions across the UK. There is huge support from technical, marketing, and wider business teams to ensure success.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • 12 months+ of sales experience working in field or internally within a new business role - ideally within electrical.
  • Strong passion for watching/playing team sports or having worked within the sports industry.
  • Ability to present and pitch solutions, work on proposals, and convert leads.
  • A consultative, driven, and professional salesperson with good attention to detail.
  • Understanding of lighting, electrical or technical drawings/technical aptitude is desirable but not essential.

Salary includes up to £37,000 basic salary, plus up to £15k OTE (uncapped), company car or car allowance, mobile, laptop, and 22 days holiday (rises with service), pension scheme.
