Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality in Design and Test Support function, ensuring products meet the highest standards from concept through to delivery.
- Supervise test activities, providing direction and technical support to the team.
- Implement and maintain best practices in quality assurance within design processes.
- Analyse test data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to improve product reliability.
- Support product development teams by integrating quality processes into early design stages.
- Liaise with Engineering, R&D, and Production to resolve issues, validate solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality and testing functions.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in quality management and testing within a technical environment.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience guiding technical teams.
- Knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (ISO, IEC, or equivalent).
- Experience with test equipment, data analysis, and validation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- Background in manufacturing, electronics, or automation sectors is advantageous.
