Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Quality in Design and Test Support function, ensuring products meet the highest standards from concept through to delivery.
Supervise test activities, providing direction and technical support to the team.
Implement and maintain best practices in quality assurance within design processes.
Analyse test data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to improve product reliability.
Support product development teams by integrating quality processes into early design stages.
Liaise with Engineering, R&D, and Production to resolve issues, validate solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality and testing functions.

Key Requirements:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
Proven track record in quality management and testing within a technical environment.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience guiding technical teams.
Knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (ISO, IEC, or equivalent).
Experience with test equipment, data analysis, and validation processes.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Background in manufacturing, electronics, or automation sectors is advantageous.
