With over 20 years of experience, they provide innovative solutions such as mobility aids, respiratory devices, and homecare beds to improve the quality of life for individuals with special needs. Committed to excellence, they continue to be a trusted leader in enhancing independence and comfort for patients and caregivers worldwide. Key Responsibilities * Deliver training on the company’s product range to servicing and technical teams. * Create and update training programmes, materials, and resources. * Travel to service centres nationwide to conduct training sessions. * Support new staff inductions and monitor training progress. * Stay updated on new products and share knowledge with teams. Key Requirements * Proven experience delivering hands-on, practical training. * Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn product details. * Background in production/manufacturing training (preferred). * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Independent, self-motivated, and flexible to travel regularly. What We Offer * Salary £35,000 – £44,000 DOE + car allowance. * 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) + your birthday off. * Laptop, mobile phone, and full product training provided. * Company pension, health plan discounts, and covered travel expenses. * Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm schedule.
