National Field Manager – Activation
THE ROLE OF NATIONAL FIELD MANAGER:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Sales Manager to take the reins of a fantastic national team, currently comprising 20 field-based Brand Activation Managers. This role will play a key part in driving growth, including the introduction of two Regional Field Managers and two Senior Sales Professionals, with the opportunity to scale the field team to up to 45 Brand Activation Managers over time. You and your team will be supporting one of the world\’s biggest brands in the vaping category to launch their exciting range of vape pod kits, salts and e-liquids. This role will be responsible for taking the clients direction and turning them into actions and deliverables, managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional performance from the team, and maintaining a strong and effective relationship with our client to align with their strategic objectives.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone to really own, expand and develop their own skillsets as the team grows over time.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
· Strategically review both category and consumer data and insights to ensure effective and targeted activation.
· Spend adequate time in the field with your team, coaching, developing, and training them in the key aspects of their job.
