Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract and retain delegates across a diverse portfolio of events
Build and send email campaigns (including HTML editing) using tools like Pardot or Mailchimp
Create and schedule engaging social media content to drive awareness and registrations
Analyse campaign performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing activity
Conduct audience research and maintain CRM data accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align marketing strategies with event goals
Assist in on-site event delivery where needed and ensure smooth marketing operations throughout
Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and contribute innovative ideas for campaign enhancement
Ideal Background
2+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in events
Skilled in email marketing and familiar with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Mailchimp)
Strong copywriting and content creation abilities across email, social, and digital channels
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce desirable) and design tools (Canva preferred)
Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder communication skills
Knowledge of the travel or hospitality sector, Google Analytics, and paid digital campaigns (PPC, retargeting) is advantageous
