THE ROLE: Covering the Northwest region, this field-based role involves selling to Sterile Services, Consultants, EBME, Theatre Managers, and Procurement. You'll represent a leading range of surgical instruments and sterile capital equipment. This is a mix of account management and business development, supported by strong brand recognition and internal referrals. The sale is value-driven, not transactional - ideal for someone who thrives in clinical, stakeholder-led environments.

THE PRODUCTS: General surgical instruments and sterile technology services - a mix of capital equipment and consumables.

THE REQUIREMENTS: We're looking for candidates with a proven track record of hospital sales, ideally in a surgical setting. You should be commercially astute, strategic and solutions focused. Or we will also consider candidates from related medical/healthcare sectors - including wound care, pharma, dental, or clinical/theatre specialists looking to break into medical sales.

THE PACKAGE - Territory Manager:

  • Holidays: 27 days + bank holidays
