THE ROLE
You will be responsible for winning new business, driving market share, and establishing this portfolio across NHS and private urology centres throughout the South of England. Lead strategic business development activity, identifying high-value opportunities, securing new accounts, positioning a competitively priced, clinically strong product range. The role involves working closely with urology consultants, specialist nurses, theatre teams, procurement and KOLs to drive adoption and long-term partnerships. As the first hire in this division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy, supporting product launches, and building a strong presence in a fast-growing clinical area. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role with genuine career acceleration.

REQUIREMENTS
Due to the specific nature of the products we are looking for urology candidates ONLY:
- Must have experience in urology, endourology or endoscopy specialities
- A strong track record in medical device sales, business development and clinical engagement
- Driving licence
