With continued investment and a strong clinical reputation, the organisation is expanding its UK commercial team and now seeks an experienced Territory Manager to drive growth. A high‑impact commercial sales role with a fast‑growing, clinically credible wound care manufacturer. This position offers a strong package, excellent training, and the opportunity to drive growth across both acute and community NHS settings.

You will take ownership of a strategically important territory, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts while opening new pathways. Success requires a consultative, clinically credible approach, the ability to influence decision‑making and formularies. This is a role for someone who can confidently navigate NHS environments, build long‑term partnerships, and deliver sustained sales growth.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking for candidates with a driving licence and proven track record in:

  • Wound care sales (preferred)
  • Medical device sales into the NHS – acute or community
  • Pharmaceutical sales with NHS stakeholder engagement
  • Dental or veterinary sales with strong clinical selling skills and pathway influence

Candidates must demonstrate strong NHS stakeholder management, experience working with clinical decision makers, the ability to influence pathways and formularies, and a credible, relationship‑driven approach.

PACKAGE

Basic Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE) Commission: 20% uncapped bonus Benefits: 25 days holiday, 12% company pension, company car options, private healthcare, laptop, mobile, expenses
