At BMS, we've been engaged by a rapidly scaling hospitality technology business to recruit a Senior Sales Executive. This is a full-cycle, new business role within a challenger brand that's seeing triple-digit growth and investing heavily in its commercial team as it scales across the UK.
Our client is a high-growth SaaS business operating in the hospitality technology space, providing a suite of tools designed to help independent operators and small chains grow customer loyalty, capture data, and drive repeat revenue.
Founded in 2018, the business has grown to over 3,000 hospitality customers, positioning itself as a market leader within the SME segment, which represents the majority of the UK hospitality landscape. Backed by recent investment and with further product launches planned - including payments and finance solutions - the company is entering an exciting next phase of growth.
The culture is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and non-corporate - ideal for salespeople who thrive on autonomy, energy, and impact.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for winning new customers across the UK hospitality market:

- Sell a suite of SaaS solutions including loyalty, CRM, ordering, and data capture tools.
- Generate pipeline through cold calling, walk-ins, email outreach, and self-sourced activity.
- Manage short sales cycles of 2-4 weeks with high deal volume.
- A combination of virtual sales and in-person meetings.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in B2B sales, ideally software or service-led solutions.
- Experience selling into hospitality (coffee shops, bakeries, QSR, casual dining).
- A confident, vocal communication style with strong phone-based selling ability.
- A full-cycle sales mindset with strong follow-up and closing discipline.
This role will suit someone who thrives on autonomy and enjoys building momentum through volume and personality-led selling.
Benefits:
- Laptop & mobile phone.
- Travel expenses covered.
- Holidays: 28 days.
- Hybrid (London-based, flexible office attendance).
