Our client, a leading OEM in the Building Management Systems sector, is looking for an experienced BMS service, project, or commissioning engineer to join their newly formed technical support team.

The Role: As a BMS Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical queries and issues. You will support a wide range of BMS products and solutions, assisting with fault diagnosis, system optimisation, and technical escalations. This role requires strong problem-solving ability, clear communication skills, and the confidence to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will act as a technical expert, offering guidance on complex BMS challenges, contributing to knowledge-base improvements, and helping drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
