About the Company:
We are partnered with a growing BMS and energy management service provider based in London. Their services are utilised in the design, supplying and installation of BMS solutions. They assist data centres, commercial office spaces, high-end residential properties, newly constructed buildings as just part of their project work. About the Role:
As a BMS Commissioning Engineer, you will join the London-based engineering team and play a key role in the delivery of high-quality BMS projects. Reporting into senior engineering and operations management, you will be responsible for the commissioning, testing, and optimisation of BMS systems across a variety of sites, ensuring systems are delivered to specification and client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Commission BMS systems across commercial and critical environments
- Perform point-to-point testing, validation, and functional testing
- Fault finding and system optimisation during commissioning phases
- Work closely with project managers, design engineers, and site teams
- Support system handovers and documentation where required
- Assist with re-commissioning and upgrades on existing BMS installations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with Trend, Tridium (Niagara), or Schneider systems
- Solid understanding of BMS architecture, controls strategies, and networks
- Confident working with communication protocols
- Good knowledge of HVAC and plant equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
Package:
- Salary £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE)
- Excellent overtime rate
