The Role
As a Graduate Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales across a defined geographical patch covering the Northwest (Liverpool to Manchester). You will spend most of your time:
- Meeting independent plumbing and heating merchants face-to-face
- Building long-term relationships and becoming their preferred supplier
- Increasing account spend and identifying new sales opportunities
Typically, you will be out in the field 3-4 days per week, with the remaining time spent working from home. You will receive extensive onboarding, shadowing, and on-the-job coaching, alongside a fully funded sales apprenticeship during your first 12 months.
