We are recruiting a Graduate Internal Account Manager for a well-established UK distributor of electrical and lighting components.
The Role
Based from the Billingshurst office, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 500 existing business accounts. You will speak with Managing Directors, business owners and Buyers, identifying opportunities to grow accounts through a consultative, value-led sales approach. This is an excellent entry-level sales role with a clear progression pathway. The company has a proven track record of promoting graduates into field sales roles within 12-18 months.
The Company
Founded in 1992, our client employs around 64 people and generates £18m in annual turnover. They work closely with lighting manufacturers, OEMs, wholesalers and contractors, acting as a key technical partner within the UK lighting supply chain.
Training & Development
Our client invests heavily in training and will put you through a 14-month structured sales apprenticeship programme, delivered by BMS Progress, alongside ongoing in-house coaching.
