Lead the UK & Ireland sales organisation for a global medtech leader. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Head of Sales to take ownership of a high-performing medical devices business unit across the UK & Ireland. You will lead and inspire a team of Sales and Commercial Managers, driving growth, market share and customer engagement for a portfolio of trusted, life-saving medical technologies.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will set the national sales strategy, oversee commercial and clinical execution, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Service, Product, and Customer Support to deliver a unified go-to-market plan.
