Supporting clients for over 70 years, this company are a market leader in marking and coding machines – the type you\’d use within industrial and manufacturing settings to mark and code items. If you think about something as simple as the expiry date on a bowl of yoghurt, all the way to luxury products that are stamped and shipped globally, these machines support with all. The company are now looking for 2 new members of their Kettering team, joining as Junior Business Development Managers. What does the role involve? This is a fully entry level role, meaning the first few months will involve huge amounts of training and development as you acclimatise to the world of sales and industry you\’re working in. Once fully up and running, your week will be split between the office (1/2 days) and meeting clients face-to-face (3/4 days). There are 2 opportunities here, with the country split vertically above Northamptonshire for face-to-face meetings. In the office you\’ll be reaching out to potential clients, building relationships and looking to set up face-to-face meetings. You\’ll then head out to go and meet the clients in person and begin the path of putting deals together and winning new business! One particularly exciting aspect of the role will be helping the business launch a completely new product to the market in 2026 – with expected order values around £200k!
