What will you be doing?
As a Commercial Graduate Trainee, you will learn about the company, its products, and the market while benefiting from continuous 'on the job' training. You will receive extensive professional sales training to equip you with the tools and skills required for a successful sales career. Expect a dynamic environment with customer breakfasts, external events, supplier trade days, and more.
The UK Plumbing Supplies Graduate Scheme is designed to provide key commercial skills to support business growth and serve as a resource for future managers. Internal progression is preferred, offering great opportunities for performing graduates to become future managers.
