Operating in over 60 countries, they\’re now looking to add to their Runcorn based office with two new Graduate Technical Sales Engineers.
What does the role look like?
- 12-month rotational programme across sales team before moving into a specialist role
- Gain experience in everything from lead generation, closing deals & managing client relations
- Undergo 12-month sales training programme through BMS Performance alongside the role
- Work alongside an experienced team to develop your industry and product knowledge
- Aim to move into a fully-fledged Account Management role after 12 months with client facing opportunities
- Office based for the first 3-6 months, then moving to 2 days WFH
