Sales Associate – Endoscopy and Surgical North and Scotland Medical
Salary: £28,000 basic, OTE £4,000

Field-based role, initially supporting clinicians and sales colleagues. Fantastic opportunity to break into medical devices sales with great career and earning potential.
THE ROLE:
As Sales Associate, the successful candidate will enjoy an industry-leading entrance into the world of surgical/medical sales, working within the North of England and Scotland (territory down to Coventry). Initially, for the first few months, shadowing more experienced sales colleagues and supporting customers clinically within hospitals. A superb way to “learn the ropes”! Full company and product training will be provided.
THE COMPANY:
A global manufacturer of a range of medical devices and equipment who continue to enjoy exciting growth, thanks to a strong product pipeline and a great reputation for quality and support. This division provides a premium quality range of endoscopes, camera systems, insufflators, light sources, electrosurgery units, surgical instruments, laser systems, fluid management, urology and gynae products. Continued success and expansion mean that they are seeking to recruit a hungry, eager and ambitious entry-level salesperson to help them manage and grow their business within the North and Scotland. Candidate location needs to be North of England.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:
- Someone with some commercial experience within healthcare
- OR a graduate with a relevant medical or scientific degree seeking to move into surgical sales
- OR a relevant clinician seeking a new challenge within sales
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
THE PACKAGE FOR Sales Associate:
- Basic: £28,000
- Bonus: £4,000
- Car: Car allowance of £550 per month
- Benefits: Healthcare, Pension, 25 days holiday + stats
