Newbury Investments invests in Sales Trainees from the beginning, offering both internal and external industry-leading training tailored to the individual. This can include commercial knowledge, sales training, self-development opportunities, financial and analytical skills, and understanding the operational side of the business. Every trainee will also receive 1 to 1 mentoring from an experienced business manager. There are significant opportunities for progression throughout the group.

Newbury Investments offers financial reward for success in the form of an annual Profit-Sharing Scheme which shares some of the profit the business makes with each employee. How much you will receive depends on the individual location's performance as well as the impact you directly have on the business's success.
Current roles on offer: There are opportunities Nationally across the 93 locations. These are generally office-based Sales Trainees that usually have the potential to develop into field-based sales roles called Area Sales Managers. Typically, you will begin your career as a Sales Trainee, learning and understanding all aspects of the business. This would see you develop over a period, with the first few months focusing on training, and after this time to be introduced to your sales targets. There is scope for this role to develop into more client-facing further down the line.
