The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and measurable pipeline growth. You'll work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to ensure full alignment between account strategy, messaging, and execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering global Demand Generation and ABM campaigns for Enterprise and Named Accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong alignment with Sales to target the right accounts and decision-makers.
- Partnering with digital, content, and product marketing teams to ensure campaigns are consistent, on-brand, and performance-driven.

- Managing agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Leveraging platforms such as Demandbase and Salesforce (SFDC) to manage, automate, and report on ABM programmes.
About You
Proven experience in B2B Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing, ideally within a technology, software, or services organisation. Experience delivering campaigns for Enterprise or mid-market audiences in a global or regional capacity. Strong understanding of the sales-marketing partnership and how to drive commercial outcomes collaboratively. Confident operating across strategy and execution - able to design campaigns as well as get hands-on with delivery. Excellent stakeholder management, project delivery, and analytical skills. Familiarity with ABM tools such as Demandbase, and CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Why This Role?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation at a key stage of growth, helping to shape its ABM strategy and influence how it engages Enterprise clients worldwide. You'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking marketing team with the autonomy to innovate and make a measurable impact on business results.
