Home Live Jobs Commercial Sales Jobs Enterprise Account Director (NEW BUSINESS) Tax Technology London / Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office) £80,000-£100,000 basic | £150,000-£170,000 OTE (uncapped)
Join a market-leading tax technology business trusted by the majority of the FTSE 250. Sell complex, high-value SaaS solutions into CFO and Head of Tax level stakeholders. Be part of a high-performance, collegiate culture with strong leadership and long-term growth plans.
At BMS, we’ve been engaged by a fast-growing, highly respected tax technology provider to recruit an Enterprise Account Director. This is a senior new-business role within a business that has recently reset its commercial leadership and is investing heavily in scaling its enterprise sales capability.
The Company
Our client is an established enterprise SaaS provider, specialising in tax automation and regulatory reporting technology. Founded in 2009, the business now supports over 1,000 customers in every major global economy. The platform helps large organisations automate VAT obligations, regulatory reporting, and the organisation of complex tax data - significantly reducing manual processing, risk, and cost. With revenues scaling a growing leadership team, and a renewed commercial strategy, the company is entering an ambitious growth phase.
The Role
As an Enterprise Account Director, you’ll be responsible for winning new enterprise clients across the UK and Ireland, selling into senior finance and tax leadership teams. Own the full enterprise sales cycle from qualification through to close, before handing over to account management. Sell a suite of tax automation and regulatory reporting SaaS solutions. Engage CFOs and Heads of Tax as primary decision-makers. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with 3-6 month sales cycles. Pipeline is supported by SDRs and marketing. Sales are predominantly virtual, with occasional face-to-face meetings. This is a senior, consultative role focused on quality deal execution rather than volume selling.
The Candidate
We’re looking for a high-calibre enterprise seller who has:
- 7+ years’ experience closing complex B2B SaaS or technology-led solutions.
- A proven track record selling into CFO, Head of Tax, or senior finance stakeholders.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Strong CV stability and evidence of long-term success in previous roles.
The Package
Basic Salary: £80,000-£100,000 OTE: £150,000-£170,000 (uncapped) Commission: Paid monthly Benefits: 5% pension match, Private healthcare, £125 per month gym allowance, Enhanced maternity & paternity leave, Laptop & mobile phone, Sabbatical option after 5 years. Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + additional wellbeing half-days. Working Pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in London office).
