The Delegate Sales Executive role sits within a charitable organisation with a clear social mission, but operates in a high-performing, professional sales environment. This is a full 360° sales role with genuine autonomy. As Delegate Sales Executive, you will begin with a blank canvas, building your own pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach. The early focus is firmly on new business development, identifying and converting organisations into long-term partners. Once secured, you will own those accounts end-to-end. You will develop trusted relationships, grow delegation numbers year on year, and work towards multi-year agreements. Post-summit, you will return to partners to renew and expand their involvement, banking sales against your targets once invoices are issued.
Alongside delegate sales, you will have the opportunity to sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and value-in-kind partnerships linked to high-profile event elements such as stage sponsorships, ceremonies, dinners, and connectivity. All of this contributes to both your earnings and the organisation's wider impact.
You will typically engage with senior stakeholders including Heads and Directors of Talent, Learning.
