A rare opportunity to break into Medtech theatre sales with an award-winning global medical device manufacturer, Capital Imaging, specialising in laparoscopic equipment and accessories.
This international organisation manufactures some of the UK’s best quality medical devices, consumables, and equipment, turning over circa £3 billion globally and experiencing incredible growth with revenues increasing year on year. They invest in their people, R&D, and new products annually, having won multiple awards for product innovation.
The role offers an exciting opportunity for someone to enter the world of Medtech orthopaedics imaging and endoscopic sales as a Sales Associate. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Sales Manager, providing surgeons and theatre staff with professional training and support to effectively use all aspects of the imaging. Responsibilities include supporting Territory Managers and Imaging Sales Specialists in case cover and surgeon support across various hospital departments such as General, Colorectal, Gynaecology, Upper GI, ENT, Urology, and Orthopaedic Surgeons.
The nature of this market requires a flexible diary, with the ability to support in theatre outside of typical working hours. Career prospects are exceptional, with the potential for promotion to a Territory Manager within a reasonable timescale, along with lucrative earnings.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, gained through a medical/scientific degree or relevant clinical background
- Full driving licence with no more than 3 points
- A proactive problem solver
- Ability and flexibility to travel
- Confident and engaging personality with a “team player” mentality

The Package:
- Basic: £28,000 – £30,000
- Bonus: £500 per month
- Fully expensed hybrid company car

Territory: North & Scotland - candidates must be based in the North West ONLY, e.g. Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire or Lancashire.
