Category champion Build relationships with buyers and other teams Support marketing team /Sales enablement -customer insights, data sheets, Price modeling /positioning Voice of customer / market research The Company looking for Category Manager You will be joining a company with several brands that are internationally known for its indugent and natural ingredients. Partnering with the large retail chains and with over 90 years in operation. With many awards and continuous growth, outperforming their competitors year on year this is a great company to join. For the Category Manager Position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Previous experience within Category Management in FMCG, working with large retails. Previous Category management or insight for FMCG Excellent communication skills (internal and external stakeholders) Data Analysis – working with data providers, reporting insight. Strong relationship management – buyers, merchandising, commercial, marketing teams. Passionate, data/ insight driven and attention to detail Degree level – essential Commercially driven and highly organised Happy to commuter to office (St Albans) Remuneration & Benefits for Category Manager: Salary: £40 to £50,000 Bonus 15% Hybrid working 3 days in office (St Albans) Enhanced Pension Flexible working hours Bupa healthcare Progression and development
