Graduate Business Development Representative £30,000 basic salary with an OTE of £40k+ in year 1! Work for a global company ranked as one of the top 15 European FinTechs Rapid career progression and a range of structured career paths The company: Our client is a financial services company that specialises in cross-border payments and foreign exchange solutions for businesses. They provide a range of services, including international money transfers, currency exchange, and risk management tools, aimed at helping businesses manage their global financial operations more efficiently. Due to receiving large amounts of funding and growing as a business, they are looking at taking on multiple new salespeople in their central London office. The Role: As a Graduate BDR you are in charge of driving new sales towards businesses looking to use innovative financial solutions. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and showcase how your services can enhance their operations, and book in meetings with senior members of the team to help you close. You will be trained on how to manage the whole of the sales process, as you go through internal training sessions and receive mentoring from some of the worlds most experienced and successful FX professionals. After only 9-12 months you will look at progressing into senior sales positions, with the aim of building your OTE to £100k+ in the coming years. This is also when various career paths will come available including Senior Account Executives, management roles, and much more!
