The Role:
BMS Performance have the pleasure of recruiting for a Business Development Manager to build the UK market for Swivelpole, an Australian business who have a 25 year history of innovation as they lead the way globally in lowering pole solutions, specifically for lighting and other pole-mounted systems (such as security, instruments, and networking). Their flagship technology, the Maxis Joint, enables end users to have a cost-effective way to enhance safety, enhance maintenance, and thus improve productivity by being able to change, maintain, and overhaul pole-mounted systems without the need for working at height and difficult processes. This is the first UK based position for Swivelpole following recent success in expanding the sales team in Europe and one in which will see the Business Development Manager building a market, taking their entrepreneurial spirit to task, and driving industrial end user demand & projects with a view to pushing sales through specialist distribution partners such as R&M Electrical. The Business Development Manager will be spending most of their time in front of site managers, EPC\’s, contractors, and anyone involved in site upgrades. This is a perfect time to join this journey as heavy industry is racing to upgrade aging infrastructure, enhance safety, and hit their environmental targets through schemes like mass LED lighting changes. Swivelpole\’s offering enables a safe & cost-effective solution for this across arena\’s such as oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial manufacturing, ports, and process plants.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Salary:
£55,000 – £75,000 DOE basic salary + 25% annual bonus (paid August) + car allowance (£600p/m) + Auto Enrol Pension + 26 days holiday (plus stats on top)
