The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will lead revenue generation for a respected law professional body within the UK's leading membership and branded content agency. You will sell across digital, print, sponsorship and partnerships, delivering consultative solutions that drive retention and growth. You will win new business through outreach, networking, events, referrals and inbound leads, while building a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities. You will also collaborate on new commercial ideas, manage forecasts and KPIs, and present performance insights to internal and client stakeholders. You will represent the agency at key legal and industry events and stay close to market trends to spot new opportunities.

About You

  • 4+ years' B2B sales experience in media or events
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills
  • Confident, commercially driven and self-motivated
  • Able to commute to Edinburgh

The Package

  • Β£40,000-Β£45,000 basic + 25% uncapped OTE
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Early finish every Friday + birthday perk
  • Pension and ongoing development
  • Flexible hybrid working
