THE COMPANY: Established for over three decades, this independently-owned organisation continues to succeed and grow within their specialist market. They manufacture a quality range of devices and consumables used for blood glucose monitoring applications within primary and secondary care, and they are currently seeking to add a motivated, resilient and technically-savvy sales professional to manage and grow their business within Yorkshire, the North East and Cumbria.
THE ROLE: As Territory Manager, the successful candidate will be maintaining, growing and winning quality relationships within hospitals and the community, typically liaising with diabetes consultants, diabetes specialist nurses, medicines management, pharmacy and procurement. As well as selling the existing product range, one of which has been chosen by the NHS as its first choice, the company launched a new continuous glucose monitor last year which has already been included onto formularies around the country. This is a well-developed region with lots of formulary inclusions in key areas and exciting growth potential thanks to the CGM offering.
Requirements:
- Sold diabetes devices or pharmaceuticals to primary or secondary care
- A hard-working, entrepreneurial approach
- Passion for learning new skills and for self-development
- Excellent relationship building and commercial skills
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
The Package for Territory Manager:
- Basic: £40,000 to £50,000
- OTE: £9,000
- Car: Choice of hybrid / electric car or £7,600 pa car allowance
- Benefits: Pension, laptop, lunch, 24 days holiday + stats
