The Role:
As Territory Manager, you will manage both new business and existing customer relationships across a broad and exciting product portfolio. You will sell directly to:
- Plastic, general, and vascular surgeons
- Theatre teams
- Procurement and clinical leads
This is a theatre-based, consultative role where building long-term clinical relationships is key. You will need to understand procedural needs and guide customers through technically detailed solutions that improve patient outcomes.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a driven, credible sales professional who thrives in surgical environments. You must have:
- Experience in medical device sales
- Theatre based experience within a clinical setting
- Medical or Scientific degree
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
Desirable:
- Knowledge of hernia, wound care, or reconstructive surgery products
The Package:
Basic Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
Commission: £18,000+ (uncapped, with accelerators)
Car: Choice of company car or car allowance
