THE ROLE: This is an outstanding opportunity to join our client's high performing commercial team as a Key Accounts Sales Executive. In this role, you will be pivotal to the success of your specialist vertical market, which could be one of the following:
- Professional Services & Offices
- Retail & Distribution
- Travel & Leisure
Supporting the head of Division, you will be operating from the frontline when it comes to sourcing and prospecting potential new, high value customers who will be either National or Regional businesses, from within your given vertical market. You will work closely with your team, particularly with your direct line manager, to build a plan of attack for the division and then ensure that this vision becomes a reality. Dealing largely with senior level decision makers from Procurement/Facilities Managers, all the way up to C-Suite, you will need to be agile in your style of communication and accustomed to a multi-decision maker process, which could result in a lengthy sales process. Presenting to the potential client the business's full range of services, from Bottled Water Coolers, Integrated Instant Chilled & Boiling Taps, Full Hospitality Systems, Drinking Water Fountains, Boilers and Bottle Filling Stations, this business can truly offer a one stop solution for any commercial water filtration requirements. To ensure second to none teamwork and ensure strategic goals are met you will be based from the office in the West Midlands 2 to 3 days per week, the rest of the time you will either be out on the road in front of clients, or working from home.
THE PERSON: Currently be working as a Regional Account Manager or National Account Manager with full responsibility for P&L throughout those multi-site chains, within one of the following vertical markets: Facilities Management Companies, Professional Services/Offices, Hospitality & Leisure or Retail & Distribution. Must be currently selling a service that is available on a subscription service but this could be anything! Commercially astute with the ability to implement strategic goals. Ability to support in putting together complex contracts in line with business goals. Expertise in consultative/solution selling (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar).
THE PACKAGE: £40-45,000 per annum basic salary, depending on experience + competitive OTE! Fully expensed company car or car allowance, health care, life assurance & pension, mobile phone, laptop. 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
