As a Graduate Field Sales Representative, you would be responsible for managing your own 'patch' across a particular area. You will develop relationships and begin up-selling to clients across your patch, working towards KPIs and achieving bonuses as you start to hit your targets. Given award-winning training to immerse yourself into the role, you will work with a territory manager to make your patch your own, starting to take control of your own diary as you become comfortable in the role.
