An innovative B2B company focused on tangible products is seeking a marketing leader with both strategic vision and hands-on execution to drive EMEA marketing initiatives. You will manage a team of three to oversee the execution of the product roadmap, reporting directly to the EMEA Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute EMEA marketing campaigns across product launches, eCommerce initiatives, direct marketing, and customer loyalty programs
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive growth and engagement online and offline, collaborating with the wider marketing team
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team
- Ensure brand compliance and consistency across all markets
- Analyse large datasets to optimise campaign performance and inform strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery

- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to be full-time in the office, 5 days per week in Banbury
