An industry-leading provider of brands and products across the construction, civil engineering, material handling, and mining industries is seeking a skilled Construction Plant Fitter to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company known for delivering high-quality machinery solutions across national and international markets.

Following an initial training period in the workshop, the successful Construction Plant Fitter will transition to a field-based role, covering Belfast and Northern Ireland. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting preventive and reactive maintenance on heavy machinery, including earthmoving equipment, mining trucks, material handlers, and specialist handling machines.
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electronic control systems.
- Ensuring all repairs meet high-quality standards and liaising with clients across various industries.
- Completing all required documentation to the highest standard.
We are looking for candidates with experience in heavy and light plant fitting, who possess:
- A relevant qualification such as Construction Plant Fitter, Mechanical Fitter, or Mechanic.
- Hands-on experience with heavy machinery such as earthmoving and material handling equipment.
- Exposure to equipment within industries such as construction, civil engineering, material handling, and mining.
Package:
- Salary: £35,214.40 - £40,830.40 (DOE)
- Overtime at 1.5x rate
- 5% pension contribution
- Healthcare benefits
- Door-to-door travel worth circa £6-10k
- Company vehicle & fuel card when on the road
- Lunch allowance
