The Company: Our client is a well-established and highly respected pharmaceutical organisation with a strong footprint across Northern Ireland. They supply a broad portfolio of prescription products into hospitals, pharmacies and specialist clinics and are known for their quality, reliability and long-term partnerships with healthcare providers. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an additional Sales Specialist to their NI team.
The Role: This is a field-based sales role covering Northern Ireland, focused on managing and growing an existing customer base while identifying new opportunities across hospitals, community pharmacies and specialist clinics. You'll be engaging with a wide range of stakeholders including pharmacists, consultants, clinicians, procurement and key decision-makers, delivering a consultative, compliant and value-led sales approach. The role offers a strong balance of account management and new business, with full support from an experienced internal team.
The Person: Ideally you will already have experience selling pharmaceuticals across Northern Ireland, with proven success calling on hospitals and/or pharmacies. You'll be commercially astute, relationship-focused and comfortable working to targets in a regulated environment. Candidates from a strong healthcare sales background with relevant hospital or pharmacy exposure will also be considered. You'll need to be self-motivated, professional and confident managing your territory autonomously.
